The Kaltern Schiava is light cherry red in color, with yummy fruity aromas of cherry and raspberries. Approachable, medium-bodied, but very soft on the palate making it incredibly easy to drink - especially with a light chill. If you enjoy Pinot Noir or Grenache, you'll love the Schiava. "Delicacy is a term you don’t often see in wine profiles but put it back in your tasting vocabulary. It’s a perfect descriptor for Schiava." $18.99 SRP

The Marchesini Family Bardolino Classico The Bardolino is the wine 'Nonno Plinio' (grandpa) started his business as a winemaker with. Still produced today, using original methods - steeped in tradition. A simple but elegant wine - "a friend to accompany you every day and that never lets you down". Made from the same grapes as the Chiaretto, but crafted into a light ruby red colored wine, with red-purple hues. Aromas of black pepper, nutmeg, and cinnamon, typical of the Corvinone grape. On the palate, elegant tannin, almost sweet, and well-ballanced, typical notes of the Molinara grape. Serve slightly chilled as an aperitif and with fish, pizza, and pastas. Server at room temperature with richer dishes, such as risotto, chicken, and pork. If you enjoy Pinot Noir, you'll love the Bardolino. $15.99 SRP WWW.ENOTEC.NET
