The deliverable 5.2 is intended to assess an extensive analysis of requirements for the sustainable implementation and deployment of an eParticipation through eMedia project in Living Labs. The focus is on the analysis of the feedback gathered from the stakeholders affected by the participative applications in order to effectively determine the basic principles, barriers and opportunities that underlie eParticipation projects in the framework of Living Labs. The document provides an analysis that was carried out on the companies, administrations and Living Labs applying communication technology and eParticipation processes, with the goal of deriving best practices and defining the conditions that facilitate the implementation, integration and adoption of ICT. We will also identify the barriers and constraints in the field, and use the outcome as a starting point for a methodology for cross-border domain-specific Living Lab networks.
