Andy joined Waterloo in 2005 as Area Sales Manager, having previously gained valuable sales and industry experience at both TROX and GDL. As his career within Waterloo developed, he

progressed to Regional Sales Manager for the North before taking on his most recent role as Head of National Sales. As Sales Director, Andy will be tasked with developing Waterloo’s continued growth strategy while leading the national sales team. Commenting on his new role, Andy said: “I’m delighted to join the Waterloo Board and look forward to using my wider commercial knowledge to drive market expansion with the support of our fantastic sales team.
