A
re you the kind of person who gets it done at all cost? Are your days spent pushing yourself to be the best you can be? Are you someone who is willing to put the effort in to achieve results? If so, then Mustard, a Cornish clothing brand established in 2015, will take you effortlessly from day to night, in comfort and style. Founders Tom Cheeseman and Jack Nowell, both elite sportsmen and individual pioneers in their own right, combined a childhood love of streetwear and a vision to ‘afford armour to the ambitious’ to create a premium, streetwear collection designed to meet the demands of the ‘athleisure’ market. The range, which is designed, printed and finished locally in ornwall, is manufactured from heavyweight, durable fabrics chosen to withstand the rigours of modern living. Fit is paramount, so all of the garments are carefully selected to ensure maximum comfort. Block, bold colours mean that you can mix and match tees, joggers and hoodies with ease. The designs are effortless and logos minimalist meaning that Mustard clothing is as suitable for pulling on posttraining as it is for chilling out on beach days or enjoying a sundowner at the bar. There is
also a vibrant range of accessories including beanies, caps and backpacks that are perfect for whatever weather or adventure you might encounter! Tom and ac identified that there was a lack of legitimacy within the streetwear market in Cornwall, and so created a brand pulling together Cornwall’s elemental essences; sun, sea and the Atlantic breeze. The collection is growing each season and Mustard is in talks with several UKbased factories in the hope that they will be able to move to full-scale production onto British soil very soon. However, and not unsurprisingly for Tom and Jack, the ambition doesn’t stop there: “Our dream is to bring all of the production to Cornwall one day,” says Tom. Mustard currently has two lifestyle stores in Looe and St Ives, plus an easy-to-navigate online shop from where you can get your ustard fix anywhere, anytime!
