Nestled behind the tavern sits Knob Hill House, a small gathering place and party venue. For years, the building housed families of various previous owners or employees. With a need for storage for the tavern and office space, in 2015 the Kollkers initially decided to convert the building into a nano-brewery with storage and an office. However, as things materialized, the
