It is easy to forget that the story of humanity’s relationship with energy over the last two hundred and fifty years is one of constant change: both incremental and dramatic. Today issues such as climate change and air pollution are prompting a new chapter in the story of energy.
The Stories of Change project has gathered accounts of energy transitions from the past, present and future. We have worked with and built connections between varied communities related to policy, industry and the everyday in order to tell new stories of energy system transformations.
