What You Receive With Every Full Portrait Session •The Consultation Appointment To be ful-

ly prepared for the day of your actual portrait session, the Consultation Appointment is the first step. We’ll go over clothing choices and get a better idea of what you are wanting from your session besides the fantastic memories, i.e. wall portraits, gift prints or albums. We’ll answer questions on pricing & go over the many payment options that we offer. Getting better acquainted prior to your session–will help the photo session run more smoothly. The reservation fee of $275will be due at this appointmentwhether it’s by phone or in person at our studio. At all times- $150 of your reservation fee is Non-Refundable if notified of cancellation is under 25 hours- With 25 hours or more advance notice by phone, it can be applied 1 time towards another session within 30 days. Sessions that require rescheduling due to inclement weather are the exception for the first time, 2nd reschedule requires a fee to reschedule or finding an indoor venue.
