PANELIST BIOGRAPHIES
Samantha Denäe, CHHP is a GA State licensed holistic health practitioner, counselor, feminine wellness practitioner, certified reiki master, intuitive tarot reader, herbalist, and Endometriosis survivor! After being diagnosed with Endometriosis in 2014, she struggled to get herself to a healing place until Samantha began to dive into learning my womb and wanting to heal my womb space. Throughout her journey she has been able to heal her Endometriosis, after enduring a 90-day period for nine months out of the year, for four years. Currently, she serves as an Advisory Board member with The Endometriosis Foundation of America and assists with educating students through The ENPOWR Project as The ENDO Educator. Fawn Walker-Montgomery is a longtime community activist and Co-Founder/CEO of Take Action Advocacy Group (TAAG ) She is a former candidate for Mayor in McKeesport and a past candidate for State Representative in the 35th District . Fawn was the first black person & woman to run for a State seat in the Mon Valley She has a B.A. in Political Science from Johnson C. Smith University (HBCU) and a Master’s of Science in Criminal Justice Administration Point Park University Fawn is also a past second-term Councilwoman in McKeesport, PA. Nina Miller was born in Washington, DC and raised in Silver Spring, MD Growing up, she battled various health problems, including Endometriosis Despite her medical struggles, Nina earned her B A from the University of Maryland in 2012, and her M.F.A. from Full Sail University in 2017 From 2019-2020, she worked as the Digital Marketing Manager for Endo Black, designing art & content that were used to further awareness and advocacy for women of color with Endometriosis In 2020, Nina opened her own media design business, which produced masks for those in need during the pandemic, and advocated for the Black Lives Matter movement by honoring victims of violence through art Unfortunately, Nina’s health took a turn for the worst in the Fall of 2020, and she was later diagnosed with Gastroparesis and Crohn’s Disease.
