A Note from the Editor: This year has been a special one for all of us—not just for myself and my fellow seniors, but for every member of the Cedar Island High student body, and for everyone in the community that surrounds our beloved school. We have grown and reached new heights in all areas of academics and athletics, from earning the title of district champions in football to achieving some of the highest test scores in Cedar High history. I know that every member of this class, and the classes that follow, will go on to achieve great things. Each time I walk down the hall and see beautiful murals painted by our art students and hear wonderful music coming from the band room, I’m reminded of how lucky we are to have a community that supports our learning and continued successes in all realms. So, to my fellow seniors, all Cedar High students, and everyone who calls Cedar Island home— Go Foxes! -Zaira Yumiko Executive Editor
