The challenges that Trish has overcome were not a match for what her optimism has created. She has built a working environment that she calls her modernday utopia; a place that shelters people from a world that can be out of control. She shares the following mission statement with each one of her employees- “Beyond these doors we enter a sanctuary where we do have control over who we choose to be, and how we treat each other. With our hands, and teamwork, we achieve great things.” Her team works in an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect.
Trish has 2 wonderful children, and 2 grandchildren that she adores. She has a thirst for learning and is involved in peer mentor groups to further, as she accounts “her perfectly imperfect self.” Trish loves what she does and looks forward to mentoring, learning, and serving her community for many years to come!
