Both sisters, Myra Jimenez and Maria Rodriguez, are the Founders and CEOs of the Beauty Academy located in Irvine, California. Together, they have over 35 years combined in the beauty industry. The Beauty Academy has been rated as a top school with students coming from all over the nation.

Myra and Maria opened The Beauty Academy to help others make their dreams a reality. With their artistic skills and compassion for people they found their career in the beauty industry. It wasn't the easiest road but with passion and drive they have grown into very successful businesswomen and artists, and they believe others can do the same. Myra and Maria spend time volunteering with their local church and believe in giving back to their community to help those in need.

Within 2 years of opening The Beauty Academy they have built a successful 7 figure beauty business. They equip their students with the proper training, tools, and mentorship so that they may also turn their passion for beauty into a successful business. Their mission and purpose are to help many students feel confident in who they are as artists and that anything is possible if they believe in themselves and work hard to achieve their goals. There is room for everyone in this industry. In their community, there is no dream too big or aim too high.

Marcella Wheaton is the founder of Never Lose Faith Designs, a brand that creates apparel and accessories with a message of hope and God's love. She started this company because she believes in the power of prayer and wants to help others find their faith. Her designs are meant to encourage women not to be ashamed of who they are, no matter what society says. Marcella's heart desires are to reach as many people as possible and help them feel loved and beautiful. Marcella's heart desires are to reach many by helping them feel empowered, loved, beautiful and unashamed. She hopes her products will encourage women not to live life hidden under the illusion of how society will judge them but learn to accept themselves completely. Marcella was born in California now residing in Arizona. She is a wife, entrepreneur and a living example of what it means to never lose faith through the pain life can bring. Raised by a phenomenal single mother and the death of a sister, caused many questionable moments but she stood unshakeable. After graduating from High School she committed to Texas University to study Law. Her life was redirected by marriage and motherhood that led to a dramatic negative ending. While standing on faith her heart opened to new love and marriage. Now, she mentors women who have preceded her path. Always believing in the power of prayer, she became an influencer of faith to many which led her to create Never Lose Faith Designs. A brand of apparel, handstrung bracelets, and accessories that have a meaningful message with passion for purpose. She enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and traveling. Making a difference in another's life is what the Never Lose Faith brand is about!

Amber-Nichole is more than a survivor, she is a thriver. A business woman, advocate, single mother, and public speaker, Amber-Nichole is also the founder of the non-profit organization Wild Halo. Dedicated to empowering women, her organization helps them reach for their dreams and aspirations. She's also a Loan Signing Agent at AmbersMobile Notary.

She is a woman who loves life and pursues it boldly and unapologetically. She is the creator and host of the NikkiNixx's Delightful Disaster podcast, where she shares her raw, real, tearful, joyful, but always uplifting story with listeners. Amber-Nichole will tell you that life is a Roller Coaster full of ups and downs, twists, turns, and sometimes topsy turvy that can send your life in directions you never expected. Her story is full of crazy triumphs and mistakes, some fortunate some not. As she describes it, falling down the Alice in WonderLand rabbit hole. You will hear it all.

She is very candid; she will help you see the light at the end of the darkest tunnel. Helping you find yourself in the beautiful world of your making that is beyond foreseeable, and she always makes it delightful, even the disasters. But through it all, Amber-Nichole remains unapologetically herself.

Diana Mota

Diana Mota is a Beauty Registrar at The Beauty Academy in Irvine, CA. She is fortunate to have a team where she first learned that women are capable of anything. In her role, she has been able to help guide and encourage students pursuing a beauty business on their new journeys. With the proper training, guidance, and continued support, all The Beauty Academy students can turn their passion into a successful business. In addition, Diana owns a clothing and jewelry business named, My Good Lady. It celebrates female empowerment by supporting and uplifting other femaleowned businesses, while encouraging women to thrive in their uniqueness. Diana loves helping women find the strength within themselves to succeed in all that they do. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering and helping families in need within her community.
