CALENDAR OF ACTIVITIES:

The following activities may begin 2 weeks prior to the 4th of July (middle of June) to make sure that families from our community receive their American flag in time.

Week #1

Open the registration for the free American flag giveaway, and make sure to advertise the giveaway through various channels.

Week #2

Collect eligible registrations from customers, provide them with instructions, and keep track of the status of each registration.

Week #3

Distribute the American flags to families who registered within the given timeframe, making sure to follow up with each individual to ensure their satisfaction. Also, include pictures, videos, and testimonies on our social media platforms.

Week #4

Provide an opportunity to those who couldn't register the first time to sign up and receive a free American flag by making an announcement on our social media platforms.
