INSTRUCTIONS

STEP ONE
Open the alcohol pad and rub it on your arm in the spot you will draw blood from.

STEP TWO
Take the cap o of the HemaCollect, placing it to the side.

STEP THREE
Stick the HemaCollect device into the blood drawing location and hold it in the arm for 15 seconds.

STEP FOUR
Remove the HemaCollect from your arm and apply a bandage to the punctured area.
3 5 STEP FIVE Recap the Hemacollect.
6 STEP SIX
Place
7 STEP SEVEN
Ship the box back to the lab.
8 STEP EIGHT
Receive your bloodwork results within 48 hours on your mobile device.
