You’ll receive the same services all residents enjoy – home-cooked meals, scheduled transportation, outstanding service and more. Memories made for memories lost Our community offers an innovative program, called Join Their Journey®, for residents with Alzheimer’s or memory disorders. The premise of the program is simple: we create specially designed memory care neighborhoods that provide a personalized, familiar and secure setting tailored to each resident’s unique needs. Within this environment, our highly trained staff joins residents in their moment, rather than trying to bring them into our reality. Through this approach, we recognize individuality, encourage choices and help residents maintain their dignity.
To ensure we meet your needs, we use a state-of-the-art computerized assessment system, called the wE Care® Resident Evaluation Program. This helps us accurately evaluate and monitor assisted living services for each resident. In addition, our Director of Resident Care will visit with you on a regular basis to personally discuss health-related issues and to monitor your progress.
