Petit Nectar Ad

AD Design

Petit Nectar is a Latin Amercian product own by Kasim International Corporation. Nectar juice captures the delicious and unique flavors of fruit nectar that originated in Latin America. Due to the flamingo’s nature, of changing color based on what it eats, this ad illustrates the willingness and liking of a Flamingo and the Petit Nectar. The Petit Nectar ad showcases bright colors and liquid splashes to illustrate the flamingo enjoying life to its fullest with Petit Nectar. The ad’s background encaptures a tropical feel; while the bright colors represent fun and vibrance of the Latin American culture.

The ad is composed in a series of three flavors: mango, guava, and pear. It has an accompaniment of two physical ads, a social media ad, and a interactive ad. The interactive ad can be displayed in a city environment or inside an airport. The interactive ad manipulates the color around the user’s environment to demonstrate the joy of discovering a new experience or flavor.

Polaroid Ad

AD Campaign

The purpose of this campaign is to attract more customers for Polaroid. The campaign slogan, “Shoot for the Moment,” implies how precious a moment in time is. Unlike a phone camera, a Polaroid film will only capture one image at the particular moment in the user’s life, knowing they will never get it back. The campaign slogan is also a play on words with a special meaning about the user’s experience. In this campaign, I took my own Polaroid pictures in order to make it more unique and one of a kind showing to the viewers and users that they can capture unique images, especially ones that no one else can ever produce again.

The branding of the logo has been redesigned to fit modern times. The new choices of color represent a more simplistic look compare to the old rainbow colors. The Polaroid as campaign includes three variations of physical ads, one digital poster ad that changes with the current time of day, and an interactive/social media ad. These interactive ads are standing props that imitates a Polaroid film that anyone can use to take pictures. The social media aspect comes into play when a person shares their pictures that took with Polaroid which gets featured on the Polaroid Instagram account.

Her Eclipse

Her Eclipse is inspired by a dystopian society (referencing aspects from the society we have now) on how women are framed in social pressures of a world dominated by men. The book is categorized into three sections; Purity, Shadows, and Deserted. Purity illustrates a woman’s body being objectified and stained by society. Shadow illustrates curiosity playing a part in a woman’s adventure in society leading her into a traumatic state. Deserted is the freedom of a woman after they are abandoned by society. When a woman is no longer needed, society will abandon her into an abysmal darkness; however, she is finally free and out of sight.

Surcle

UI/UX Design

The Surcle app is a UI design inspired from surfing and water. The purpose of this app is to provide information on surfing events, weather, tidal time, and enjoyment for the user. The app will also be an easier way to find the surfers’ schedules. It will also be a way to communicate and discover new people. The branding of the app is two surf fins together, one upright and other reflecting it upside down, to create an S letter shape for the app’s name. The title of the app is a combination of the words surfing and cycle which creates a word that is similar to the word circle to signify a routine for the surfer. The ocean-like gradient is dispersed throughout the screens to give a sense of looking or adventure for the user. I design the app in a way for the user to be able to identify schedules they have bookmarked for a day and the days that specials events/tournaments are happening. The profile screen has a combination of layouts that the user sees on a daily basis. You can add friends or follow people through the app to share surfing events and even converse with other surfers.

Growing Minds CNT.

Branding, Interior Design

Growing Minds CNT is a clinic that provides therapy services for children. The choice of color for the brand represents growth. The logo for this clinic is a person hugging children and embodies a “family tree,” drawing emphasis on the organization’s mission and values which is to nurture and prosper.

The clinic has a unique business card design. The business card has a tear away design in which one section contains the contact information of the clinic. The other section of the tear away is for the children’s personal information that is given to the therapist. The clinic also includes a brochure hand out, in which highlights key features of different activities a therapist engages children to take part in.

The clinic’s interior design creates a environment that can reflect kid’s interests and style such as colorful lanterns and a cozy reading corner. The reading corner introduces a natural sunlight that makes the space more cheerful and happier. The focal point on both interior design rooms are the illustrations which illustrate a happy balance between a child’s and adult’s preference.

Chichos

Chicho’s is a Cuban/Latino bar that provides a huge variety of different drink around Latin America. The color choices of the brand are based on the vibrant colors of the city Miami, in which is a melting pot of different Hispanics ethnicity coexisting with one another.

Chicho’s menu illustrations elaborate simple and yet striking elements to articulate the drinks the bar makes. Another aspect that Chicho’s tries to emphasize their drinks is the alcohol collectable recipe cards. The cards are given out randomly to attract customers to buy more drinks or to keep coming back for more. The recipe cards had handmade drinks, in which were photographed, and made into multiple mockups.

The bars interior design has a sophisticated decorative style with playful tropical decorative such as, oversize plants, wooden floors, and eccentric wall color/texture choices. The bar’s interior embraces flora and fauna to emphasize the importance of preserving the tropical rainforest environment at the same time.

Tittie Pop

Adding a fun twist to cake pops, Tittie Pops is a sweet dessert aimed at bringing awareness to breast cancer. These delicious cake pops come in many varieties of flavors, each dedicated to women of different backgrounds. This cake pop brand has multiple versions of its logo to emphasize different skin tones. These sweets can be bought individually, wrapped or in bulk which will come in a cylinder container. The container is unpackaged by lifting the top from the base which holds all the Tittie Pops in place. The idea of this product is to raise money in which all profits will proceed to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

The company that makes Tittie Pops has multiple components such as packaging, web design, and catering. The branding for Tittie Pops has bold pastel hues which captures the essence of a feminine touch.
