YOGA LOUNGE BOURNEMOUTH TO HOST FIRST YOGA RAVE TO CELEBRATE 6 YEARS IN BUSINESS Yoga Lounge Bournemouth are celebrating their 6th birthday in style by teaming up with Yogangster and throwing a yoga rave event (YOGLOW) on the 2nd March at 6pm. Yoga Lounge will be hosting their first ever ‘YOGLOW class’ at the studio on Christchurch Road, which will consist of 90 minutes of hot Bikram yoga and hot music, with a playlist by DJ Goldie and a class taught by Yoga Lounge Owner herself, Amber Fidler a celebration not to be missed! LIGHTHOUSE CINDERELLA ACTRESS NOMINATED FOR NATIONAL PANTO AWARD Lucy-Jane Quinlan, the actress who captured hearts at Christmas when she played Cinderella in pantomime for Lighthouse, Poole’s Centre for the Arts, has been nominated for Best Leading Female in the Great British Pantomime Awards. The awards nominations were announced live on social media last night, and the final winners will be revealed at a spectacular ceremony hosted by panto stalwart Christopher Biggins on 15 April at the New Theatre, Wimbledon. Chief Executive for Lighthouse Elspeth McBain remarked, “We are absolutely delighted to hear that Lucy-Jane has been nominated for this award. Her performance as Cinderella was magical and audiences fell in love with her beautiful singing and natural charm. Lighthouse has developed a strong reputation locally for high quality family pantomime and we are so pleased that the nomination recognises the strength of talent in this year’s production.” The Great British Pantomime Awards were established in 2016 as a way to celebrate achievements in pantomime. Judges for the awards watched over 200 productions across the country before meeting as a panel to discuss and agree on nominations.
