EXPERIENCED PART TIME NEW HOMES NEGOTIATOR, CANFORD CLIFFS An opportunity to work for one of the UK’s most respected agencies. We are looking for a New Homes Negotiator to work 3 days a week (some extra days and weekend work will apply) from the busy Canford Cliffs office in Poole. The ideal candidate will be computer literate specifically in Excel. You will be dealing with developments across Dorset, therefore your own transport is essential. A good knowledge of the property market including the transactional process is preferred. FULL TIME NEW HOMES NEGOTIATOR, CANFORD CLIFFS The ideal candidate would be fluent in Excel, Word, Powerpoint as well as being broadly computer literate. An understanding of the new homes property market and transactional process is important to this role although not essential. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9.30am - 6pm based at the Canford Cliffs office with occasional weekend work to cover development launches/site cover. Responsibilities include weekly reporting, viewings, applicant management, preparation of advertising schedules, liaising with the residential team, attending launches, marketing, attending sales meetings and support for the head of department.
