WHY USE REFORMED PLASTICS? There is a product that is truly environmentally friendly, totally inert and infinitely recyclable. A product that looks & feels like wood but requires no painting or staining and is completely maintenance free throughout its 50+ Year life. Reformed Plastics products are manufactured from 100% UK plastic waste such as waste packaging, waste drinking cups, plastic bottles and other similar items that are not biodegradable and often cause a major disposal headache for local authorities. It is truly environmentally friendly, recycled, infinitely recyclable AND generates no waste during manufacture. The appearance and feel is the same as wood but requires no painting or staining. Here at Reformed Plastics we manufacture many products usually associated with timber from such material, including decking and boardwalks, fencing, gates, pavilions/amphitheatres, bollards, ground reinforcement, street and garden furniture, plus much more. We can also refurbish existing timber benches/tables with our product. Projects using our material may even be eligible for many eco grants on offer. Our aim is to provide a product that is made from 100% recycled UK waste therefore reducing landfill, but without compromising on quality. In fact the quality, durability and lifespan is better than regular wood. Our products are individually manufactured

Waste in the UK goes to landfill which are already working to full capacity. 2. The largest lake in the Britain could be filled with rubbish from the UK in 8 months. 3. Plastic in these sites takes 1000 years to rot away. 4. In an average county there is 90,000 tonnes of plastic that goes to landfill every year. 5. On average, 16% of the money you spend on a product pays for the packaging, which ultimately ends up as rubbish. Why recycle? Recycling is an excellent way of saving energy and conserving the environments natural resources. One recycled plastic bottle would save enough energy to power a 60-watt light bulb for 3 hours. The unreleased energy contained in the average dustbin each year could power a television for 5,000 hours. We offer closed loop recycling, by diverting post consumer plastic waste from landfill
and manufacturing it into a huge variety of usable products. For example 42,000 plastic 500ml bottles = 1 tonne = 7.7 picnic tables (130 Kgs ea.).
