GRUB’S AND USG Stand ON the first day (Sunday), footwear brand Grub’s P2.1 welcomes world renowned artist Jo Taylor to launch a competition to win Fearless Horse. From Jo’s War Horse series, the painting was inspired by the Steven Spielberg film. War Horse theatre puppets will also be at BETA International. On Monday, event rider Ben Hobday joins Grub’s to help promote the range within the equestrian sector. Grub’s was established in 2003 to create comfortable, high performance gear for the field sportsman and fly fisher. Team members are active field sportsmen, fishermen or equestrian supporters so they know what works in the field and - more importantly - what doesn’t.

Of particular interest to riders are the Rideline tall boots and the Outline short boots. Designed with a tapered toe and positive heel stops for in-stirrup safety, their smooth hair grain rubber finish gives an elegant look. Hard Toe technology provides added protection around horses, while Hexzorb’s shock absorbing qualities make dismounting and walking more comfortable. USG is a distributor of Grub’s. www.equestriantradenews.com
