Dear Customer, It has become traditional that I write a foreword in each of our new Product Brochures and this latest one is to be no exception. If you have been one of our customers for a while you will note that we have adopted the addition of FINE FOODS into the Elite name. This reflects what we see as a significant move for Elite, by following our customers through the door marked “Fine Dining”. Not, I must add, to the exclusion of any that do not wish to enter this area, but as a recognition that the public are constantly pushing the envelope looking for better and better eating experiences. If we are to be around to publish another product list, in say 2020, we had better be a part of that food evolution. We must provide the opportunity for our customers to be able to source those ingredients and products that are set to be in demand. Elite Fine Foods is still privately owned and managed, where the quality of the product means so much more than the margin of the product. In fact for us it’s always been about the food!
1 Product Guide This product guide cancels all previous. 2 Ownership The ownership of goods shall remain with Elite Frozen Foods Limited until payment has been received in full. 3 Payment Cash on delivery, weekly direct debit or monthly credit payable by direct debit. 4 Pricing We reserve the right to alter prices or pack sizes without notice. 5 Availability All products are offered subject to availability. 6 Returns Drivers are not authorised to accept goods for return without appropriate documentation, any returns must be reported to the Elite Fine Foods office within 48 hours. 7 Damages or Shortages All orders must be checked at the time of delivery in the presence of the driver. Any shortages or damages must be reported that day.

8 Delivery Windows Elite Fine Foods deliver 6 days a week, with the facility to order up to 11pm for next day delivery, however we do not guarantee a delivery time. 9 Minimum Order Elite Fine Foods operates a £40 minimum order policy.
