Our franchise offering has been completely overhauled to meet the needs of our growing business and to ensure we are able to recruit the best applicants. This has enabled our biggest-ever resale to compete for a 10-van business last year and another multi-van resale this year.
We believe a successful business launch is a key ingredient in getting the business off to a flying start. We provide marketing support and technician induction training to support the launch. Our practical training helps franchisees approach new customers and guides them through the sales processes to ensure that business is booked in immediately. New franchisees have scheduled training courses for their first year, covering the key areas driving the business, including sales and marketing, finance, leadership, recruitment and retention. The year 2020 brought unforeseen challenges and when the Covid-19 pandemic hit, our entire business had to close during the first lockdown. To help our franchisees, we immediately suspended all royalties/charges and focused on paying national account monies to maintain cash flow. We held weekly online meetings to keep spirits high. We assisted franchisees with furlough, grants and CBILs applications. Extra training was provided during lockdown covering a range of subjects and safe working practices piloted so we could get back to work in May. Franchisee Natalie said: “It was very frightening going into lockdown, but support from Revive!
