Wh- questions (3)
(A) little e (a) few servono per indicare una piccola quantità (poco/a, pochi/e). Con i sostantivi non numerabili (uncountable) si usa a little = un po’ di o little = poco/a. Con i sostantivi numerabili (countable) plurali si usa a few = qualche / alcuni o few = pochi/e. Numerabili

How much…? e How many…? Sono le parole interrogative che si usano per informarsi sulla quantità. La costruzione della domanda è: How much / How many + sostantivo + verbo + soggetto + ? A queste domande si risponde fornendo un’informazione precisa.
Yes / No questions (3) Quando la domanda non inizia con una parola interrogativa, ma con il verbo, si risponde usando le risposte brevi, o con una frase completa, come hai già visto per i verbi Be e Have got (vedi pagine 8 e 12).
