Hidden at the base of a snowcovered canyon about 30 miles from Crested Butte is an offgrid winter haven. Don’t let the tranquility of the creekside setting fool you though. Taylor River Lodge is all about adventure, with Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, ice fishing, ice climbing, and nearby resort skiing. Inside the lodge, you’ll find a sprawling bathhouse with a sauna, saltwater pool and hot tub, plus unique wellness offerings like forest bathing and sound healing.

The lodge’s eight cabins were designed to embrace all things hygge, keeping your family and friends close, and the conversation flowing. The windows frame picturesque views of Taylor Canyon, a perfect backdrop for relaxing in our bath house pool and sauna.
