Eleven Culinary Eleven’s culinary team can create a customized menu based on the event and guest preferences.

Outside Catering Guests also have the option of working with a separate outside caterer as long as that caterer is approved by the Eleven Experience team.

IN-HOUSE BEVERAGE PROGRAM

All alcohol at Taylor River Lodge must be provided and served by Eleven.

Details No outside alcohol is permitted. House and reserve alcohol packages are available for an additional charge, detailed below. The liquor license spans the entire Taylor River Lodge property. Due to the licensing, guests are not allowed to bring their own alcohol onto the property and all alcohol must be purchased through a wholesale account. Special requests can be made through the Lodge Manager.

Event Exclusions House alcohol is included during the stay for guests lodging at Taylor River Lodge but not during the event. This alcohol inclusion ends at 2:00 pm on the day of the event and begins again the next day.

Bar Staff Bartenders will be provided by Eleven at an additional fee of $25/hour per bar staff member. The number of bar staff is based upon the number of event guests. There is a 4-hour minimum for bar service. • 1-20 Guests: 1 Bartender • 21-45 Guests: 2 Bartenders • 46-75 Guests: 2 Bartenders and 1 Barback • 80+ Guests: 3 Bartenders and 2 Barbacks

Guests can choose between our house or reserve selections, charged on either an hourly or consumption-based rate.

Special Alcohol: Specific alcohol labels are not guaranteed. Comparable products may be subbed in based upon availability. Guests will be responsible for requesting any special alcohol, regardless of whether the alcohol is consumed.

All Alcohol Selections Include the Following Specialty Mixers: Fever Tree Club Soda, Fever Tree Tonic, Fever Tree Ginger Beer, Fever Tree Ginger Ale, Grapefruit Juice, Cranberry Juice, Grenadine, Zing Zang Bloody Mary Mix, Coke, Diet Coke and Sprite.

Please note: House alcohol is included for guests of the lodge during the stay. During the event, a discount on bar package will be applied for guests of the lodge. All alcohol at Taylor River Lodge must be provided and served by Eleven. No outside alcohol is permitted.
