SB: I love to work in Uptown and its surrounding neighborhoods, and I’m also a huge fan of the Lake Norman area. EL: What makes you stand out from other brokers? SB: My versatility. I love to watch sports, entertain friends and family, read, cook, and especially travel. I also really enjoy exploring ALL of the Charlotte area. It seems like I discover a new hot spot every day. I can enjoy a concert at the Music Factory, savor a great dinner Uptown, spend the morning at a coffee shop in NODA, take my dog to Freedom Park, go for a run at the Whitewater Center, or enjoy a glass of wine with my boyfriend on a patio overlooking Lake Norman.
