MASH - Modern American Steak House. Forget about television comedy series from the Korean War, and forget English mashed potatoes. MASH has nothing to do with those two, but is an abbreviation of the Modern American Steakhouse. MASH is an American steakhouse and bar located on Broad Street in the middle of Copenhagen only 2 min. walk from Kongens Nytorv. Rasmus Oubæk is both chef and part owner of MASH. Fuego starts as a nostalgic dream from what was left

back home in Argentina. The taste, the aromas, the warmth of a fire, the smell of burning wood, the quality of the service... all of this describes the heart of Patagonia. Restaurant Teaterkælderen is situated in the old rustic theatre cellars below Det Ny Teater, which have been transformed into an original and theatrical restaurant and bar. Our cuisine is modern Nordic-French – a mix of classic and innovation with focus on new cooking methods.
