Elena Moiseenko - Ambitious and Driven to Earn Degree Elena Moiseenko is a New Jersey girl born and raised, having been born in Newark, New Jersey at St. Michaels Hospital, 357 bed third tier care, instructional and research medical center in the center of the Newark business and educational district. Determined and ambitious, Moiseenko worked as a waitress and took courses at night for 5 years to earn her Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering.
