Praise and Recognition Every week each teacher chooses two children from their class to receive a certificate in assembly, one in recognition of a child demonstrating our BRIDGES habit of the week and the other in recognition of a pupil’s academic effort throughout the week. Well done to the following children, who have been recognised this week!

Curie Class: Smaran Nakerant – Headteacher’s Habits Award (for asking interesting questions.) Aina Shah – Scholar of the Week (for lovely writing in English this week.)

Maxwell Class: Maria Tanase – Headteacher’s Habits Award (for using her imagination and creating a toy out of junk modelling.) Tasnia Anis – Scholar of the Week (for using full sentences when talking to her talk partner during Literacy learning time.)

Newton Class: Saif Shaikh – Headteacher’s Habits Award (for using his imagination and playing with a box and pretending it was a boat.) Yasin Alom – Scholar of the Week (for using his ‘Fred Fingers’ during English and trying to write neatly on the line.)

Britten Class: Asiyah Ali – Headteacher’s Habits Award (for being enthusiastic during handwriting sessions all week.) Lazzaton Lazza – Scholar of the Week (for trying really hard during maths all week.)
