E-puben

Many of you may know the E-puben from Insparken and that most of the activities were held there, such as the pink party, toga party etc. Even though the inspark is over for this time we still have a lot of fun events happening each month. So far this year we have had a waffle EPP, a valentines themed EPP and the social committee organized a “Barbie & Ken” sitting and there is more to come… One thing is for sure, all students are welcome to our beloved pub every Friday when we have EPP (after study pub) between 15.0020.00. We really urge you to visit an EPP with your friends because it’s a great way to relax after a day at school, but also a great place to meet new people and potentially new friends.

Are you interested in contributing to the E-puben? Well then you just need to sign up to work at the E-puben. No prior experience within the restaurant industry is needed. As this is a student pub that is run by students, no person expects perfect execution from the people working behind the bar. Even though we love our “regular” workers, we really encourage new members to get involved in working at the E-puben.

This is how you sign up:

Step 1: Join the following facebook group:

Step 2: In the facebook group you can find the link to the spreadsheet where you can sign up for work. Click the link and add your name to an empty slot.

Step 3: You will be added to a messenger group with the rest of the people who have signed up to work at the E-puben. In this group the evening manager (kvällschef) will send out a schedule and at what time you should arrive at the pub.

Step 4: When arriving at the pub the evening manager will go through all the different aspects of working at the pub, such as pouring the perfect Pripps, using the cash register and so on. When you have completed the shift you will be awarded a point which lets you skip the queue at an event equivalent to the event you worked at. We assure you that you’ll have a great time working at E-puben and we know it is a great opportunity to meet new people and expand your social circle!
