Affordable health insurance?

and my mother is ill. Both need me to get my license so your information is much appreciated. I want to get my license reinstated so I can drive my mothers vehicle when required. I am not sure where to get a non owners bond, or the correct SR22. I have called insurance companies and they say they cannot help me. I know I need to pay the reinstatement fee and provide proof of FR. Does the Non owners bond count as FR. Can I drive legally with it or do I need an insurance policy on top of that. Why has the dental plan been eliminated from the new California Medi-Cal insurance plan?

A few months ago I received a letter & then a follow-up phone call from the state asking me to choose ONE of the 2 insurance choices they were offering. Neither had a dental plan & I was told to wait & they would enroll me in the one the had the dental plan for adults. I can't get a human on the line @ their toll free phone line. A few days ago, I received a letter telling me the name of my new insurance plan provider. It plainly states NO DENTAL. Now What? Am I stuck with a mouth full of rotten & broken teeth as a result of my injury that rendered me a disabled person to begin with? Is anyone else having trouble with the California govt services?"

Looking for an insurance that will take my pre existing condition?

Hi, I have a double ureter in my left kidney causing me infection 4 times a year, I've been having this for almost 13 years and is painful and I can't have a normal life. No insurance wants to take me because this pre existing condition and if they do my monthly payment is between $300 to $400 monthly because of my condition, I've already applied for Medi-cal and I wasnt elegible. I tried so many antibiotics and I want to start a treatment and without insurance it is impossible, could anybody tell me if there is a insurance that will accept me without paying so much. I live in Southern California. I want a normal life. Thanks."

Health Insurance company for a graduate student? What one is best as far as price and coverage??

Anyone have any suggestions for a good health insurance company for a graduate student? The coverage from the school is one thousand a semester and thats way to much.
