Log onto the website. 4. An order form will appear with your current contact lens prescription 5. Choose the quantity of lenses you want 6. Click on Order Prescription 7. Review your order 8. Choose the type of shipping you prefer. Note: The default shipping type is DHL but other options are available. Please note that First Class Mail is available but offers no means of tracking your shipment if you do not receive your package and provides no compensation if your package is lost or damaged during delivery. Consequently, if you choose shipping via First Class Mail we will be unable to provide you with any replacement lenses or credit if your package is lost by the U.S. Post Office or if your package is damaged during delivery. Therefore, we do not recommend shipping via First Class Mail. All other types of shipping do offer means of tracking your package and replacement of lost or damaged packages. 9. Click on Check Out
10. Choose your billing address and complete the shipping information 11. Add your payment information (MasterCard or Visa) – click on Continue 12. Review the final order – Click on Complete Order 13. Your confirmed order will appear. Your account will remain active for 1 year from the date of your last exam. Annual exams are required for contact lens wearers.
