ST. PATRICK’S DAY PARADE AND FAIRE WHEN: March 16 at 10 a.m. WHERE: The Irish Cultural Center, 1106 N. Central Ave. in Phoenix WHAT: The Parade starts at 10 a.m. at 3rd Street and Sheridan and heads south through the streets of Downtown Phoenix. The Parade features a variety of performers, entertainers and floats including marching bands, Irish dancers, and bag pipers.
