Almost a year ago, on the 27th of May, I got that phone call I had been waiting for. I was told I would be the IT & Strategy Officer of the 59th EFR board, the start of a life changing and actionpacked year.

My student time was marred by lockdowns and curfews, but this year I got to experience what I had been missing and more. From trips to Sofia and the Zuidas, to learning how to ski, from BBQs in the evenings to 9-5 days at the office, I got to experience it with my 8 new friends for life.

In this year I have been able to see myself grow so much more than I thought was possible, developing both professionally and personally. My student time wouldn’t be complete without it and I wholeheartedly recommend you to take this opportunity of a lifetime.
