So here’s how it works: there are 20 modules, delivered virtually or face-to-face depending on your location. While we scheduled the modules across a 10-month period, participation is driven completely by you. The more you put in, the more you will gain from the program. We would like all managers to complete the Very Colorful Book Training, as it will equip you with a solid foundation for your managerial career.
