Imagine you wake up one day, let’s say it’s one of those very quiet Saturday mornings.

You get up, do whatever you do, make a coffee have a cigarette.

You walk outside and get the pathway to the train station as you do every day. Although the busiest, crossing through the station is the quickest route into town.

Arriving at the top of the pathway you see all the taxis at the back entrance of the train station.

That’s when you begin to realise something’s wrong.

You think to yourself the trains might be striking again. They do that a lot, maybe you lost track of the dates.

It’s always time for coffee, so you head to your favorite café, also craving one of their freshly made pies.

You push the door and get inside.

It’s empty.

Is it too early?

You check the time.

It’s only noon.

You keep walking thinking, okay, you weren’t in a really busy area, so you head to the center of the city.

it’s always packed with people on Saturdays, there is no doubt.

To your surprise you see noone. That’s when you start to panic.

You walk around faster.

What is going on?

The usually deafening street was extremely quiet.

Is it a holiday?

Why did they pause construction?

You see evidence of people.

You know people were there.

But where are they now?

Did people disappear?

Is it you that vanished?

Are you dreaming?

Maybe it’s not that bad.

What could it be?

What happened?
