Partner spotlight: MiraCosta College After graduating from EF’s University Foundation Program, you’ll have the opportunity to attend several higher education institutions, including MiraCosta College. On this 120-acre campus you’ll graduate from a two-year degree program before completing your final two years at a leading American university. Through their Transfer Agreement Guarantee (TAG) Program, international students can transfer to several top-ranked University of California institutions, including Davis and Irvine.
