Democracy needs digital defenders
Bloody and dramatic terrorist attacks make the headlines, but silent attacks on our digital infrastructure can be far more deadly. They’re unseen, often unreported, but so far, usually repelled by people with incredible digital skills.
I’ve learnt many of these at school – next I’m going to develop and use my skills at places like GCHQ to defend our precious democracy. Imagine if my generation with our collective understanding and strong moral compass worked together for a safer planet. That’s what I’m going to do.
