There are some situations in life that you cannot avoid; you must deal with them. In rare instances, people will forego getting a Power of Attorney established for a person whose signatures are required but who is unable to read or write; however, most people exercise their common sense and do so in order to prevent future instances like this.
A Power of Attorney (also known as a POA) is a formal, legally enforceable document that gives a designated person the power to act on behalf of another. The agent's decision-making, which may be given extensive or limited authority, may affect the principal's assets, money, investments, and medical treatment. The Powers of Attorney Act of 1882 regulates powers of attorney (PoAs).
Although POA registration is not required, we advise you to do so to boost its authenticity.
The POA is required to be registered under section 32(c) of the Act, according to the Registration Act of 1908.
