Many successful partnerships felt like they were meant to be from the onset. That was certainly the case when Landscapes Golf Management chose Whoosh, Inc. to power its private clubs. Landscapes operates more than 42

With that many properties, they needed a reliable platform that could simplify daily operations, improve staff efficiency, and deliver a seamless experience to its members. The fortuitous bond that brought Whoosh and Landscapes together was another innovative tech company called Lightspeed. Landscapes used Lightspeed, a unified omnichannel platform, as their vendor for all club reservations, POS, and member management. So when Whoosh

decided this past June to partner with Lightspeed after conducting a full evaluation of the POS market, all the pieces fell into place. The result for Landscapes’ clubs is a fully connected ecosystem for tee times, pointof-sale, payments and other functions required for highperformance and profitability. “Great software should be invisible to members and indispensable to staff,” said Colin Read, Whoosh CEO and CoFounder. “Landscapes’ decision to use Whoosh across its platform affirms our vision for modern club operations and sets a new standard for how multi-course operators streamline and elevate the member experience.” Four of Landscapes clubs, Lost Rail Golf Club and Hillcrest Country Club in Nebraska, Lake Barrington Shores Golf Club in Illinois, and Dakota Dunes Country Club in South Dakota, served as early adopters by electing to roll out the Whoosh platform at their facilities before the partnership was even formalized.
