private golf. TwinEagles’ flagship course, The Talon, offers a rare glimpse of a course designed by not one, but two Jack Nicklauses – Jack Nicklaus and Jack Nicklaus II. The Talon, originally opened for play in January of 1999, is currently in the midst of a renovation by Nicklaus Design that will leave the course and its members revived, excited, and even more sustainable through our updated Signature Sanctuary Certification. To top the renovation off, their clubhouse will also undergo a full interior redesign this year. As part of their certification efforts, TwinEagles is involving their local community with an outreach and education program combining their interest in pollinator conservation and one of Audubon Inter-

national’s Conservation Initiatives, Monarchs in The Rough (MITR). The Club’s Audubon International

Committee operates a unique and all hands-on deck pollinator initiative, known as their ‘Milkweed Foster Par-

ent Program’. Sal Pontillo, TwinEagles’ Audubon International Committee On the course at TwinEagles Golf Club
