Literacy Education
Mr. Ethan Kline, former CEHS student, presents a writing assignment for his students utilizing three modalities of learning; the Anne Frank: A History for Today exhibit, the Anne Frank: A short Life DVD, and the book Anne Frank: Ten Days. Implementing these different methods of learning reflects a diverse and powerful manner for all students. In addition, the Governors’ room in the WVU Erickson Alumni Center is not a bad environment to enjoy while working on an assignment.
Outreach & Engagement
Dr. Waterson welcomed to WVU over 650 students (5-12) to the Anne Frank: A History for Today Program during the month of October. In total, over a thousand West Virginia citizens participated in this educational experience.
