1970s Alumnae mostly from the Class of 1974 gathered this summer in Madison to “relive” Edgewood College days! They shared photos and stories at the Madison home of one of the alum as they celebrated their 38th year of alumni status. They very graciously shared this photo of their day together. Gina Reid Tinio ’88, PhD, MS MPH, RN-BC received her PhD in nursing from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Gina’s dissertation examined the impact of both one-on-one and group mentoring on new graduate nurses’ intent to stay at their first place of employment as a nurse. She continues to work at Cadence Health as the Director of Professional Development and Nursing Research.

Sam White ’89 and Celia Klehr, playwright and actress, husband and wife, have made their home on North Fair Oaks Avenue in Madison a kind of haven for itinerant actors and others involved in the always-impassioned, often underfinanced theater world. They were recently featured in Doug Moe’s column in the Wisconsin State Journal. When contacted about the article Sam said “I was very proud of

Sr. Deborah Gaughan ’92 formally made her First Profession of Vows to the Sisters of St. Francis of Mary Immaculate on July 21, 2012. In 2009 Sr. Deborah became an affiliate, and in 2010 officially entered the Congregation, located in Joliet, Illinois. µ3 Timothy Strait ’93, MBA ’98, Ph.D. will be joining the faculty at UW-Platteville as a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Business. Tim’s teaching responsibilities will focus on Organizational Behavior and Organizational Development classes for both graduate and undergraduate students in the online and traditional programs at the University. Julie (Le-Trinh) Do ’94 recently connected with the Alumni Office to let us know that she is living in Kailua, Hawaii, where she is Vice Principal of Le Jardin Academy. Julie earned her degree with a major in English and proudly shares Edgewood College admissions information with her students!

Sarah Dermody ’95 was recently featured in an article in the Wisconsin State Journal highlighting her new business recently opened in Madison catering to the tennis athlete. Her family runs and operates the Tennis Store located on the West side. Her son Peter has been coaching tennis in Madison since 2004, most recently at Madison West High School since 2006. Sarah’s BS degree is in English.
