It is the philosophy of the owner, Bill Pierce, that time reveals the importance of creating dwellings that will contribute not only to the original owner, but also to the future owners and the long-term well being of the neighborhood and community. He says, “We strive to provide value to every customer – regardless of what price range they are building in.” Bill Pierce is a Montana native who is committed to quality construction and customer value, and has a well-known reputation for honesty in his business dealings. He has a ‘hands on’ construction background dating back 37 years and earned an engineering degree from Montana State University. Bill is a long time member of the Helena Building Industry Association and the Montana Building Industry Association and has served as president of both organizations. Pierce and Associates was selected as “Montana’s Builder of the Year” for 2007 by those organizations. National recognition was received by P&A in 2009 for being one of 12 finalists for the Caterpillar, Inc. “Contractor of the Year” award, and for being designated the first “CAT Safety Award” winner. Most recently Bill was inducted into the Montana Building Industry’s Hall of Fame in 2010.
