On Memorial Day May 29, 2023

We honor the brave, Those who gave their lives, and those who saved The land we call home, our country so grand, Protected by heroes who proudly stand. They fought for us on land and sea; in air and space, they made history. We owe them all a debt we cannot repay, But on this day, we honor them and say: Thank you for your service, sacrifice and keeping us safe, red, white, and blue. We remember your courage, strength, and might, And we honor your memory on this solemn night.

Took a stand. With bravery and honor, you served with pride, Defending our freedom side by side.

So on this Memorial Day, we stop to reflect, On all those who served and those we still protect. We hold in our hearts the memories of those who are gone, But their legacy lives on, forever strong.

May we never forget the price that was paid, By those who served and the ultimate sacrifice they made."
