Alumni in attendance included Erin Lappe ’08, Elizabeth Mason ’08, Asha Manuel ’08 and Marisa Congelio Saelzler ’08. Also in attendance was Michael Carter, UD associate professor of history. Former faculty member Father John Putka, S.M., offered Mass in absentia. Currently, I’m teaching in Phoenix. I’ve worked in our community’s vocations office and in campus ministry at The Catholic University of America, where I also completed a master’s degree in American history.
