Richard J. Wharton was commissioned a second lieutenant upon graduation from the Signal Officer Candidate School at Fort Gordon, Ga., in July . During the 23-week course, he was trained in the use and maintenance of signal equipment, with emphasis on communications and leadership. H e also received instruction in squad tactics a nd firing light weapons. Donald R. Powell is a graduate assistant in speech a nd drama at Miami University. Bernard M. Barbadora married Marilyn Virginia Kausal, August 19. John F. Lemming married Sandra Jean Soos '67, August 19. John is attending Ohio University. John H. Stebel II married Marie Therese Bruno, August 19. John is an engineer at NCR and is attending UD grad school. Robert J. Stang married Rose Marie Ann LaRock, Au gust 5. Bob is with the UD Research Institute. Susan Kelly Millonig is teaching at Evanston School in Cincinnati. Husband, Arthur F. Millonig, Jr., is attending law school at the University of Cincinnati. Thomas R. Bueltel is a college trainee with Dayton Tire and Rubber Company in Dayton. Tom and his wife, Barbara, have a son, Thomas, Jr., born April 29. Mr. and Mrs. Richard L. Poeppelmeier (Jacqueline Parker) have moved fro m Dayton to LaCrosse, Wisconsin, where Dick is in training with Trane Manufacturers. Roger E. Nortillo married Linda Sue Pfarrer, August 5. Roger is attending UD grad school. Joseph R. Henderson, Jr., married Diannah Jo Espy, August 5. Joe is with Associated Spring Corporation in Dayton. Paul Y路H Chang is an accountant with State Farm Insurance Company in Marshall, Mich . Michael J. George is with Republic Steel in Cleveland. He and his wife, Patricia, celebrated their first wedding anniversary on May 14. Virginia M. Pimentel is a Spanish teacher at Lathrop School in the Manteca (Ca lif.) Unified School District. Paul J. Madak is a teacher of instrumental music at Central Catholic High School in Canton, 0 . Lt. Lawrence J. Wilberding, Jr., is serving in the U.S. Army. "Since graduating I have spent nine weeks at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, and am now serving a thirteen-month tour in Korea with the First Battalion, 17th Artillery." Joseph M. Perri, Jr., is teaching with the New York City School Board a nd attending graduate school. Margaret Ann Roby is a social worker with the Hamilton County W elfare Depatment. Thomas J. Waddick married Joan Rita Ridenou r, September 9. Tom is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Notre Dame. Gary L. Thibo married Julie Theresa Neff, August 12. Gary is an accountant with Ernst & Ernst in Dayton. Joan Marie Eilerman married Thomas Oakley Morgan, August 12. The Morgan's are living in Cincinnati, Ohio. Gary M. Miller married Virginia Klausing, August 19. Gary is a science teacher in the Mad River Township Schools. Janet Van Dalen Distelzweig and her husband, Howard, are in Thika, Kenya, East Africa. Janet is teaching physics, math and biology at Mangu National High School. Donna Mae O'Brien is a caseworker with Catholic Charities in Cleveland. Carol Louise Lewis is presently teaching math with the Pinellas Board of Public Instruction at th e Clearwater (Fla.) Special Edu cation Center. Kenneth H. Prush is an engineer with Detroit Edison Company. Philip V. Costantino (TI) is attending UD working tow ards a Bachelor of Technology degree. A. William Wiggenhorn, Jr., married Patricia Rose Macready '67, September 23. Bill is public relations director for Bergamo and Pat is assistant to the director of academic informa tion (Joe McLaughlin) at UD.

James M. Normile is instrumentation engineer with Boeing Company Airplane Division in Seattle, Washington. Kevin M. Moonan married Mary Elizabeth Bax, August 19. Kevin is computer systems engineer with IBM and working on MBA part-time at UD. James A. Cash (MBA) is manager, operations analysis, with Trailmobile Division of Pullman, Inc., in Hammond, Ind. Jim and his w ife, Sandra, are living in Gary Robert C. Besanceney is working for Garrett Corporation Air Research in Lomita, Calif. Joseph F. Mirabella, Jr., received a masters in guidance and counseling at Ohio University in August. He'll report as a lieutenant with the U.S. Army Transportation Corps in January. Katherine Ann Kelly is teaching at Walnut Hills High School in Cincinnati and working on a masters degree in communication arts at Xavier University. Martha Catherine Staley is an art teacher at Harding Junior High School in Philadelphia. She is serving her internship for an MAT degree fro m Oberlin College. Louise Mary Blubaugh is teaching in the Northmont Local Schools in Union, 0. Patricia Hornkohl has b egun doctoral studies in English literature at Harvard University. Thanks for your note, Pat. John J. Kelleher is a structural engineer with Eastern Engineering Comp any in Atlanta, Ga. He and his wife, Margaret, have one son, Jack, born Novemb er 19, 1966. Mark E. Nawrocki is teaching at St. Wenceslas School in Maple Heights, Ohio. Jack Warrell is an account executive with E. F. Hutton in Hollywood, Calif. David C. Pfriem is beginning work on his Ph.D. at the University of Illinois. Dave is on a National Defense Education Act Title IV Fellowship in linguistics. John R. Montanari has been commissioned a second lieutenant in the US AF upon graduation from Officer Training School at Lackland AFB, Texas. John is assigned to Kirtland AFB, New Mexico, for training and duty as a mechanical engineer. He will be in the Air Force Systems Command, which, through eight divisions and John R. Montanari five development and test centers throughout the country, develops the new systems of tomorrow in order that the USAF may continue to accomplish its missions. Kathleen T. Tozar, after teaching one year in the Philadelphia School System, has volunteered a year of service to the Diocese of Nassau, Bahama Islands. Kathleen is teaching thirty-five first graders in Our Lady's Elementary School. First child, Aileen Ann, to Mr. and Mrs. Howard J. Varley (Irene Ramski), August 3. Ann K. Waters is teaching first grade at Oyler Elementary Scho ol in Cincinnati. Arthur J. Suchocki is a teaching assistant at the University of Wisconsin. Gary N. Wagner married Mary Jane Pottkotter, September 30. Gary is working at NCR and attending UD grad school part-time. Thomas A. Knapke was appointed athletic director at Marion Local High School and is working on his masters at Ball State University. Judith Ann Loewer is working in the personnel department a t Mercy Hospital in Springfield, 0 . Judy was a stewardess with American Airlines. Donald J.
