Animati dalla passione abbiamo esaudito il suo desiderio costruendo un pezzo unico, prezioso. Dopo quell'esperienza alcuni clienti, spinti dall'aspirazione di esclusività , ci hanno richiesto prodotti adatti ad ambienti bagno raffinati ed unici. Castello Bevilacqua Bevilacqua Castle
Edificato nel 1336 dal conte Guglielmo Bevilacqua, il Castello successivamente diviene fortezza della Repubblica Serenissima di Venezia, subendo nel corso dei secoli, occupazioni, saccheggi, scontri, e vedendo passare diverse famiglie e grandi personaggi. Nell’ultimo decennio, grazie alla famiglia Iseppi/Cerato, il Castello viene restaurato e restituito all’antico splendore. Ancor oggi continua ad esprimere la sua forza ed il suo carattere possente, interpretato con grande stile anche all’interno della sala da bagno da Dolce Vita Samo. It was erected in 1336 by the Count Guglielmo Bevilacqua; few times later, the Castle becomes a fortress of the Serenissima Republic of Venice, suffering along the centuries for occupations, robberies, battles, and watching different families and great personalities passing by. In the last ten years, thanks to the Iseppi-Cerato family, the Castle has been restored and brought back to us as beautiful as it was some centuries ago. Today it continues showing its strength and its firmness that Samo Dolce Vita interprets with a perfect style in the bathroom.

Villa Fraccaroli
Costruita nel 1598 ad opera dell'Architetto Domenico Curtoni, la villa si trova al centro di una tenuta agricola della famiglia Fraccaroli, grandi produttori di vino d’altissima qualità e di olio. Arte e cultura del “ben vivere” si respirano ovunque, nell’incantevole cornice del parco e nei raffinati ambienti, le cabine doccia Dolce Vita Samo, protagoniste nella sala da bagno, ne sanno essere eleganti interpreti. It was built in 1598 by the Architect Domenico Curtoni. It is situated in the centre of the farm of Fraccaroli’s family, where a very high quality wine and oil are produced. Arts and “wellness” culture are everywhere, both in the charming park and in the refined surroundings; Samo Dolce Vita cabins which are the main-characters in the bathroom, interprets the elegance of the atmosphere.

Villa Fascinato La struttura originaria della villa risale al '400, anche se vari elementi retrodatano la sua costruzione di un altro centinaio d'anni. Tipica Villa Veneta, si distingue per eleganza: la maestosa facciata è arricchita da due torri laterali e da barchesse di servizio ed è presente un oratorio. Di particolare effetto anche la decorazione dell'interno del complesso. La famiglia Chiari, attuale proprietaria della dimora, ha fatto proprio lo stile unico e la tradizione delle “Ville Venete”, Dolce Vita Samo, arredando la sala da bagno, sa interpretare anche quest’espressione d’arte unicamente italiana. The original structure of this country-house dates back to the fifteenth century, even if some of its peculiarities seem to be traced back to one century before. We can define it as a typical country-house of Veneto Region and it distinguishes itself for the elegance: its stately façade is enriched by two lateral towers and some vaults; there’s also an Oratory. The decorations of the internal rooms have a visual impact on the guests. The Chiari family, the actual owner of the house, take the peculiar style of the “Ville Venete” tradition as its own; Samo Dolce Vita interprets also this original Italian art expression by furnishing this bathroom.

General transport and sale terms 1) The published prices on the present price list are in Euro, exclusive of VAT. The prices are not binding and the goods are delivered ex-works SAMO Spa in Bonavigo (Verona) Italy. 2) If the products are transported by SAMO or by uncharged forwarder to the client destination, the transport cost will be debited on the invoice with a participation quote.
25) Samo Spa warranty lapses automatically in following cases: - If defect has reference to transport; - Tempered glass parts breakages; - If installation isn’t performed following in detail Samo instruction; - If functioning defect is due to unauthorized technical intervention on product; - If defective functioning is due to the normal product usury, or to the purchaser negligence or carelessness following product indication; - If defect is due to the use of acid based or abrasive detergents, or cleaning products not suitable for glass, anodized, lacquered or varnished surfaces. Use of Samo cleaning products is suggested; - If defective functioning is due to a “force majeur” reason; - Purchaser manumission of the product.
3) The minimum order amount with delivery ex-SAMO factory is 300,00 Euro. 4) In case of non-payment, shipments will be stopped and orders in progress will be suspended. Upon receipt of payment the delivery of the orders will be calculated with a new delivery period as per price list specification, taking the date of payment receipt. 5) In case exceeding of the agreed credit line, orders will still be accepted by Samo, related shipments will be stopped upon the receipt of a sufficient amount needed to recover into the credit line. 6) Deliveries must be immediately inspected, in case of wrong items, and/or shortages, and/or any defect, have to be reported to the forwarder which is the only responsible for it. It is in the right of the receiver and the duty of the forwarder to control the delivery (without opening the package). A formal making specific notification on the delivery notes, the generic written phrase “subject to inspection” is not sufficient.
26) Samo Spa declines any responsibility for possible people, animals or goods damage due to installation or adjustments errors, imperfect use or no observance of all prescriptions indicated in product enclosed documents 27) SAMO reserves the full right to technically and aesthetically modify the product at anytime and without previous notice, including changes in volume and weight. 28) Any possible agreement variation that totally or partially change the present general condition, shall be resulted exclusively by written agreement. 29) This price list invalidate and cancel all previous. 30) For any dispute, the only competent jurisdiction is the Court of Verona-Italy. 31) In reference to the valid European norms, Samo SpA declares that the information made available by the client will be processed according to the law on the protection of privacy.
7) Hidden damage: if on delivery, the goods display obvious packaging defects, they can be withdrawn, but the receiver is obliged to note the defects on the PoD marking them with “SUBJECT TO INSPECTION” and specifying reason why, as preview by the European norms in use. In case of proven breakages, the receiver must communicate it in written with a registered letter to SAMO and copy to the forwarder in within 7 days from the reception of the goods. 8) Verified damage: in case of evident damage verified by the receiver and the forwarder, the damage evidence must be duly marked on PoD , indicating very clearly the quantity and the damaged products codes, verifying if the damage type is occurred on the internal or external side. A further copy of PoD must be sent to SAMO customer service that, successively will arrange the possible replacement upon reception of the damaged goods. 9) Unlike what is clearly specified on the paragraphs 7 and 8, Samo will not recognised any refund for the verified damage or breakage. 10) Any Item can be returned without SAMO written permission. Authorised returns must be sent to our warehouse with transport fees paid, using Samo authorised forwarder, indicating the communicated reference number. The reference number must be absolutely reported on PoD. Returns must be perfectly packaged. After Samo control and in case of verified purchaser’s neglect, the returned good will be charged of an amount equal to recover general expenses and any possible restoration costs. 11) Orders must be approved by Samo. No order can be cancelled without Samo approval, which reserves the right to debit any charges and expenses caused by such cancellation.
32) All the above-mentioned terms and conditions of sale are intended as having been fully accepted with the confirmation of the order.
Cleaning our products Introduction
As no material is perfectly resistant to any cleaning agent found in stores, NOT FOLLOWING the instructions below may be cause for the INVALIDATION of the Samo Products WARRANTY.
General Warnings
• READ the labels on the product you will be using to clean and care for your Samo shower enclosure carefully. • NEVER USE products with labels that are not clear or may be incomplete. • KEEP for a few months the package of the product you used for any potential verification and/or complaints.
12) Orders are intended as per commercial conditions in use at the moment of the order acceptance or release. 13) SAMO reserves the right to change the payment terms for orders below 300,00 Euro. 14) Normal packaging is free; any reinforced packaging will be charged at the cost. 15) The mentioned delivery terms are not binding Samo and absolutely in no case they constitute an excuse for payment delays or damages or complains compensation. The orders may be also partially fulfilled. 16) It is possible to require personalized deliveries and/or transports (pallets, iron baskets, with direct line, etc…) by sending an e-mail to Samo address export@samo.it agreeing typology, terms and any possible increases for transport and/or packing costs. 17) The goods travel always at the consignee’s risk even if they are sent for special agreements as “free delivery”. 18) Any return of any special, or out of catalogue product will be accepte. 19) Payments shall be made by bank transfer and accordingly to specific commercial conditions in use. Any dispute will not give the buyer the right to deduct any amounts from the due expired or expiring invoices. 20) Unless otherwise agreed, the payments shall be made in advance. 21) The agreed payment terms shall be strictly observed. In case of payment delay, will be charged interests as per Italian and European norms valid, giving to SAMO the full right to suspend any kind of delivery without any prejudicial and any other kind of action or right. 22) The supplied products remain of SAMO S.p.a. property until the full payment is received in accordance to the Italian and European norms.
How to choose your detergent products • NEVER USE the products indicated below a) Corrosive products, like products containing Chlorine (hypochlorites or similar products, like bleach). b) Products containing Active Oxygen (for example, Perborates). c) Products containing Acid (like Hydrochloric Acid (muriatic) Nitric Acid or Nitrates, Hydrofluoric Acid or Fluorides. d) Products containing Soda and, in general, products with pH values less than 6 and greater than 8. e) Abrasive products and/or powders, as they can mechanically and irremediably damage the shower enclosure. • USE the products indicated below a) Delicate detergent products containing only surfactants, or even containing Phosphates, characterised by pH values between 6 and 8. b) In case of lime scales caused by hard water, it is advisable to use vinegar-based products with pH values of about 5. In this case, read the instructions below carefully. - Proceed with cleaning as soon as possible and, in any case, soon after using the shower; prompt cleaning helps to prevent the formation of lime scales and grime. - Always use warm water and delicate sponges or soft cloths. - Always rinse with warm water. - Always dry metallic parts with a soft cloth (for example, in microfiber).
• IMPORTANT
After using detergents and drying the shower enclosure, it is recommended that you allow fresh air to circulate in the room where the shower enclosure is installed, even and above all inside the shower enclosure itself; this helps to prevent the materials from being subjected to oxidation phenomena. This is particularly important in the case of “closed” shower enclosures.
23) Warranty. Samo Spa guarantees its products for 24 months from the date of delivery according to the European directives. The warranty exclusively covers manufacturing irregularities or material defects. Aesthetic or functional defects must be communicated in writing to Samo Spa only and exclusively before installation, enclosing purchase and product documents. 24) Samo Spa warranty will be exclusively valid for the repair or the replacement of defective elements: no other purchaser claims shall be considered, absolutely excluding any derived discomfort, burden or accessory cost. The claimed non-compliance must be recognised by Samo Spa authorized technical personnel.
