Tweed Regional Aquatic Centre As Summer comes to an end and the cooler weather approaches, the Tweed Regional Aquatic Centre has it covered with heated indoor pools and friendly, helpful staff. They have a state of the art hydrotherapy pool with a ramp entry that is heated to 34 degrees, making it excellent for any type of rehabilitation, relaxation or therapy. You will notice the difference after your first visit. They also have a four lane 25m lap pool for those wanting to continue their swimming over winter. If you just want to spend some time playing with the kids, they have a teaching pool heated to 32 degrees. Several pools are indoors and they are right in the heart of town. Why not take the drive and check it out, you will be amazed at what magic Murwillumbah offers.
