PI: How long has Great Real Estate been a brand under Unique Estates? NvW: March this year was our official launch. PI: What led to development of the brand? NvW: Unique Estates created Great Real Estate to assist property owners that have a ‘great’ property they’d like to sell that isn’t at the price point of Unique Estates’ listing requirements. If it’s not a super-high-end unique property but it’s still a great piece of real estate we can use the marketing skills and channels we have developed over the past seven years under Unique Estates and apply them to our Great Real Estate clients. It is our new sister brand and a complement to our current real estate offering. PI: How has it been received the marketplace? NvW: The feedback has been amazing and the takeup has been great! PI: How does it differ from the Unique brand?

NvW: Great Real Estate offers great affordable property across the country to a local and national audience. Unique Estates offers high-end unique and or luxury property across the country. PI: Are there any agents on the team who specialise in the Great brand, or do all agents on the team work with both brands? NvW: Our agents cover both brands while our marketing teams tailor each campaign to suit the brand and the property. There are some great synergies as buyers under both brands often have property interests in both categories. It’s just another way we can service our clients better.
