Property insider Mullumbimby’s iconic Magnolia House (below), sold by Gary Brazenor of Unique Estates late last year, was one of NSW’s top ten homes viewed online for 2015, according to new figures released by REA Group. It was the only one in the local area to make the top ten list with the vast majority of highly viewed properties being Sydney properties with harbour views. Gary Brazenor commented on why he thought Magnolia House proved so popular. ‘Magnolia House is a stunning and “unique” character home with a colourful history, which made it appealing. Magnolia House sold in September for $1.39 million. It is not easy to be a new real estate agency and establish yourself successfully in a marketplace that is already serviced by longstanding agents. However, that is exactly what Julie-Ann Manahan (pictured above) and her team at Raine & Horne Ocean Shores have done. Raine & Horne Ocean Shores are celebrating a successful first six months in operation. Since launching in September 2015,
the office, which is located in the Ocean Shores Village Shopping Centre, has averaged two sales per month.
